The summer continues to speed along. For those who love to race, or watch racing another high end event comes to the Pacific Northwest.
Purchase tickets (Kids 12 and under are FREE at all events when accompanied by an adult.)
The Global Time Attack Speed Summit head to the Ridge Motorsports located in Shelton, WA. This unique event pits racers against each other, but pushes each racer to test the limits of their skill and car. The ultimate goal to beat is the clock.
A typical competition day consists of 3 to 4 separate sessions. No times count toward scoring or records in these practice sessions. All first time GTA competitors, or first time at the venue must run one of the practice sessions if available to qualify for their appropriate group by speed index regardless of class. All remaining sessions will count. Whoever has the fastest time during these sessions wins their class.
Races can be broken into a variety of classes including:
- Enthusiast Class
- Street Class
- Limited Class
- Unlimited Class
- International Unlimited Class
- Pro/Comp Class
In addition to the races fans will get to explore the Just Vibes Car Show featuring Lone Star Drift. As part of the event Drifting Demo’s and Ride along by Lone Star Drift add to the overall fun to this event. This unique exhibit showcases some of the more unique and innovative vehicles out there.
